I would have posted these earlier, but I was too busy gushing over myself and the fact that I was drawn to be the Etsians of Facebook Team's featured seller today :P I like talking about myself, so what? Anyway, here are the two newest items in my store:

The necklace/bracelet/ring/earring set was actually designed specifically for a avant garde photoshoot I modeled for, last week. This is one of those pieces, that I REALLY wish I had a better camera, because my iPhone does not do it justice. At all. I loved this set so much that I almost didn't want to put it up for sale, but then I decided I wanted someone else to feel as pretty wearing it, as I did.  Can you tell I'm proud of this design?

Here are a few new items in my etsy store!  Both  of these would make perfect gifts for Valentine's Day!  When I found the glass heart beads, I knew I had to get them to make jewelry. I generally am not a fan of hearts, but the "aurora borealis" effect in the glass was so pretty. Take a look!

Sunday, Sunday, Sunday.

Unlike most people, I really dislike the weekends! I suppose it's because I work from home, and it's nice to go out during the week to run errands, while everyone else is "at the office".  I avoid leaving the house during the weekends, simply so I don't have to deal with all the people out and about on the weekends.

Silver Wire Wrapped Earrings

We had some company at the house the last few days, so my "jewelry studio"(AKA the spare bedroom) was occupied, and I didn't get a chance to do much work! However, last night in an attempt to put a new item in my shop, I made up a pair of wire wrapped earrings. They're cute, they're small, they're fun! Perfect for any outfit, or occasion!

Late Night Shenanigans

Whatever the reason was, I stayed up until 4:30AM working on jewelry. I suppose I caught a second wind, after a long, long boring day of being uninspired.

Okay, actually, I walked into my studio to quick make a pair of earrings, and a mutant stink bug attacked, then flew out into the hallway. I had no other choice but to close the door and stay in and work some more, until my fiancé came up to save me about an hour later (he works with his headphones on, in his studio downstairs, so I figured yelling would have been in vain).

Anyway! I was productive, so that's what counts (so thank you stink bug, and I apologise for ending your life later in the evening).  Here are the two newest pieces in my store:

I'll tell you that Tiered Gold Chain Necklace, is what kept me up so late! I start things like that at the most inconvenient times! Since I make all my chains from wire (not premade jump rings), when I do a chain heavy piece, you're looking at a good 3-6 hours of work, depending on how small I decide I want the chain links. I am always so proud of them when I'm finished, however, because I know how much time, and care went into each piece.

Anyway! I hope you all had a great New Year's, and expect more from my blog in 2012. I plan to utilize the service more, as it's a good way to reach people I may  not by simply posting on etsy, facebook, and twitter. Feel free to follow me, and I'll be sure to follow your blog as well! :)
